Hi Trojans Families!

It’s officially GAME TIME!

As we head into our season, we need the help of our amazing Trojans families to keep game days running smoothly. It takes a lot of hands behind the scenes to support our athletes and coaches and create a safe, organized and fun game-day experience for everyone.

This season, the Trojans have 5 HOME GAMES, and we are asking families to sign up to help with volunteer positions throughout the season.

HOME GAME VOLUNTEERS Our home games require the most help! Volunteer shifts are generally 2 hours, with several different positions available throughout the day, including: Gate/Ticket Sales, Snack Shack, Scorekeeping, Announcing, Facility Managers (Maintains Team Water Stations, checks trash & bathrooms) and Field Clean Up. There is something for everyone! Some positions put you right in the middle of the game-day action, while others are perfect if you prefer helping behind the scenes.

When choosing your shift, we encourage you to select a time outside of your athlete’s game whenever possible so you can still be in the stands cheering them on! HOME GAME VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP: HOME 8/22 Shasta Wolves @ SC Trojans

AWAY GAME VOLUNTEERS We also need a few volunteers when we travel!

For away games, our volunteer responsibility is limited to helping with the Chain Crew (Sideline field markers). These positions are right on the sideline and are a great way to help while getting one of the best views of the game!

Our program simply could not operate without volunteers. Every ticket sold, hot dog served, water cooler filled, scoreboard operated, chain moved and piece of trash picked up contributes to making game day possible for our kids.

Whether your athlete is on the football field or the cheer sideline, we are all ONE TROJAN FAMILY, and game days are a team effort.
